BestMed Clinics, part of Community Care Partners, invites Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our urgent care and occupational medicine teams in Belgrade and Bozeman, Montana. You will provide outpatient care in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality patient experience.

We offer competitive compensation with malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, retirement plan, medical, dental and vision benefits, uniform allowance, and referral bonuses.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state or ability to obtain.
• DOT certification within 60 days of hire.
• DEA licensure required or able to obtain.

Mansioni

• Provide outpatient care in an urgent care setting.
• Deliver treatment and referrals as needed.
• Coordinate referrals for specialties not in-house.
• Perform physical exams to establish diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Document accurately in EMR with proper coding.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on an outpatient basis to include procedures normally performed in an urgent care setting
• Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
• Arrange for referral resources for those medical specialties not provided by the organization for patients of the clinic
• Evaluate patients to determine the medical condition of the patient, through the performance of physical examinations, thereby, establishing a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan
• Perform such clinical procedures for patient's benefit which are within scope and skill of practitioner
• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
• Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation with a focus on proper level coding and clinical documentation integrity (CDI) in the electronic medical record
• Ability to perform occupational and telemedicine patient care
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as lab and x-ray review
• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Medical Director

What’s Required:

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in thestateor the ability to obtain
• Ability to obtain:
  • DOT certification within60 daysof hire
  • DEA licensure
• Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience, skills and falls within an established range.
