Job summary

Carbon Health Technologies Inc. is seeking a part-time Urgent Care clinician (PA/NP) to join a dynamic, nationwide network. You’ll perform assessments, order tests, and manage urgent care cases with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• PA: Master’s degree with state license and national cert.
• NP: RN license and NP certification with state license.

• BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret tests including X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splints.
• Collaborate with a nationwide clinical network and supervisor access.
• Triage and manage 4–5 patients per hour.

Your Role

As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. At Carbon Health, you’ll never truly work solo—you’ll always have immediate access to a supervisor or experienced colleague if you ever need support.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour.

About You

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted medical license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date. Carbon will cover the course and exam fees and provide a roadmap and resources to help you succeed.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health.

Salary: $67,080 - $106,111 Anually

Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 14%

Part Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week):

$67,080 - $93,080 base (at 2 shifts per week)

$67,080 - $106,111 with productivity bonus (at 2 shifts per week)

Compensation offers include an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
