• Master's degree or higher for PA track with valid state license and national certification.
• RN license, NP certification, and valid state license for NP track.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license; DOT and BLS certifications required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splinting.
• Collaborate with a nationwide network of peers and specialists to improve outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients to maintain a smooth clinic flow (4–5 patients per hour).
• Comply with compensation structure including 2% 401(k) match, 6.1% weekend/holiday differential, and productivity bonuses up to 28%.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. At Carbon Health, you’ll never truly work solo—you’ll always have immediate access to a supervisor or experienced colleague if you ever need support.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour.

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date. Carbon will cover the course and exam fees and provide a roadmap and resources to help you succeed.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Salary: $92,430 - $126,137 Annually

Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 28%

Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week):

• $92,430 - $98,545 base (at 3 shifts per week)
• $92,430 - $126,137 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week)

Compensation offers include an hourly rate, wRVU bonus plan, weekend differential and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
