Primary Responsibilities

• Manage urgent and primary care walk-ins and appointments for patients aged 2 and up
• Perform minor procedures such as laceration repairs, incision and drainage, toenail removal, and orthopedic splinting
• Conduct physicals including sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual exams
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience preferred; new grads are welcome
• Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies and appropriate state license
• Preference for ABMS Board certification in internal medicine or family practice
• Understanding of medical coding, billing, and relevant regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, blood-borne pathogens)
• Proficiency with PC applications, EMR systems, and comfort with technology
• Knowledge of occupational health practices, including CME, drug testing, employment physicals, and OSHA guidelines

Hourly Salary Range

Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Range: $55.00 - $84.00 per hour.
