Job summary

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for Carroll County, MD. You will diagnose and treat patients across all ages, perform minor procedures, and manage fractures and dislocations in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Responsibilities include basic EKG and X-ray interpretation, multitasking, and providing high-quality urgent care with opportunities for growth within the organization. Weekend and extended shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, such as: suturing, I & D of abscesses and Paronychia’s, Foreign Body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multi-task and manage time well.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
