Job summary

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers in Baltimore County, MD, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our expanding network. You will provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, perform minor procedures, and support management of minor fractures and dislocations.

Weekend, holiday, and 13-14 hour shifts are required as part of a full-time schedule. We offer a full benefits package, including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match after one year, with

Qualifications

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Proficient in suturing, I&D of abscesses, foreign body removal.
• Familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Basic ECG and X-ray interpretation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time well.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for non-emergent medical conditions.
• Perform minor procedures and wound care.
• Interpret basic ECGs and X-ray images as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with the paging team and specialists.

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, are growing and need experienced providers for our Baltimore County, Maryland locations.

We are looking for a Physician Assistant.

We currently have 32 locations and are opening more this upcoming year.

Urgent Care medicine is our focus. We see a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, treat minor trauma, and perform minor procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, such as: suturing, I & D of abscesses and Paronychia’s, Foreign Body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multi-task and manage time well.
• Urgent Care, Family Practice or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
