GoHealth Urgent Care in Oregon is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to provide urgent care services, including evaluation and treatment of acute conditions, and to triage to emergency care when needed. Candidates must have a Bachelor's for PAs or a Master's for NPs, 2–5 years post-residency experience, and current licensure.
Urgent care or ER experience, suturing, splinting, and EMR proficiency are preferred.

Urgent care Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections. Functioning in lieu of or alongside of a physician, it is essential for an urgent care Advanced Practitioner to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary.
Education · Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants · Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners
Work Experience · 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required · Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required · Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications · National Certification · Active state medical licensure
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required · Work experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting · Applicable office procedures including but not limited to suturing, splinting, etc.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred · Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records · Ability to be attentive with strong listening skills · Strong communication and customer service skills
