Job summary

Emcareers seeks a board-certified Urgent Care or Emergency Physician for its Gainesville, FL practice. This full-time outpatient role offers procedural autonomy, a collaborative team, and a lucrative compensation package.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with weekend coverage; salary range is $450,000–$500,000 and a $200/hour productivity baseline, plus relocation assistance and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Specialization in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize EMR and bedside tablet/laptop technology.
• Prescribe and administer vaccinations to immunize patients.
• Advise patients on diet, hygiene and prevention of disease.
• Document visits with history, exam, diagnoses and plan.
