Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care beyond traditional urgent care, including procedures like EKG interpretation, X-ray reading, abscess drainage, dislocation reduction, splinting, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration
• Lead and serve as a role model for the clinical team
• Communicate test results, follow-up plans, and treatment options effectively
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff
• Work in a dynamic environment across multiple locations

Minimum Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (with pediatric experience)
• Licensed to practice in Missouri
• Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&D
• Ability to interpret diagnostics including X-rays and EKGs
• Preferred: Clinical experience in emergency, urgent, or ambulatory care
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred
