Job description

We are an established medical practice serving Indianapolis and the surrounding area, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, physicians will be compensated.

About Our Practice

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas. Professional Imaging was founded in Houston in March 2005 and has since expanded across eastern Texas. Our monthly patient census is approximately 2,300, supported by a staff of 70, including physicians, speech-language pathologists, and support staff.

Benefits and Compensation

• Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume.

Our Mission

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants aims to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit, as showcased on our website.

Service Details

We serve various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients, with requests for swallowing studies managed by our staff. Approximately 95% of these are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often the same day, depending on volume and location. Our goal is for staff to finish daily duties by 4:00 or 5:00 PM.
