Job summary

Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking progressive physicians to join the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA region. You will practice urgent care medicine with professional support from a fast-growing network and a supportive clinical leadership team.

Experience in adult and pediatric care is required, with board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds. A current medical license, BLS, and on-site collaboration with Rad Techs and Paramedics are essential.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physicians in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Active medical license in the applicable state.
• BLS for Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor procedures (suturing, casting, splints, etc.).
• Interpret EKGs and X-rays.
• Collaborate with Rad Techs, Medical Assistants and Paramedics.
• Work with a on-site Scribe when available.
• Treat pediatric and adult patients in urgent care.

• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Paramedics for support.
• Opportunity to work with a Scribe.
• Dedicated Urgent Care Specialty - exclusively practice urgent care medicine - No Primary Care, DOT or Occupational Medicine in our urgent care position .

• Physicians need to be board certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an urgent care or emergency room setting.
• Ability to comfortably perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.

• Active medical license for the applicable state.
• BLS for Providers from the American Heart Association required.
