Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician in California. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no call and a compensation package that includes monthly and quarterly bonuses.

You will assess patients, provide treatments, and lead a medical and support team to ensure an excellent patient experience while upholding high standards of care. Training and integration into Concentra’s processes are discussed.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or eligibility required or strongly preferred.
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but training provided for qualified candidates.
• State licensure requirements must be met for jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited MD/DO program.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an urgent care setting.
• Demonstrate leadership within the medical and support team.
• Contribute to procedures and policies at the Center.
• Maintain high-quality patient experience and safety.

• Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $280,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
