Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required before start).
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• This clinic-based position provides direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Leads healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of the medical model with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Manages clinicians and support staff and complies with APC supervisory requirements.
• Creates a professional and collaborative working environment.
• Identifies and implements changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
• Works with clinic leadership to manage staffing levels and budget inputs.
• Promotes Concentra values and a culture of safety, quality care and continuous improvement.

Hours: M-F 8a-5p

Responsibilities

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $229,000.00 to $280,000.00 depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
