Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Fulltime Urgent Care Physician to join our clinical team on a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call responsibilities, delivering compassionate, efficient care and leading patient assessments and treatment decisions. Earn a base compensation range of $280,000–$300,000 annually, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility preferred.
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred; training offered for otherwise qualified candidates.
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an MD or DO program at an accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care, assess patients and provide treatments with emphasis on quality and compassion.
• Contribute to procedures and policies at the Center and drive clinical leadership.
• Maintain a clinical environment with minimal travel and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

• Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $280,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
