Job summary

Advocate Health's urgent care team seeks a Paramedic to support Emergency Medicine services. You will provide rapid assessment, therapies, and patient advocacy, while collaborating with nurses and physicians to maintain flow and safety across shifts.

Requirements include paramedic certification (or degree), state OEMS eligibility, ACLS/PALS as needed, and a background in emergency care. The role offers a 34-hour work week with rotating weekends in Kernersville/Greensboro area.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification from an accredited program, or an A.A.S. in Paramedic studies.
• Degree in Paramedic studies or equivalent.
• Three years of Emergency Service experience preferred.
