Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA/NP certifying body
• DEA license required with no restrictions
• BLS certification with accepted certifying body

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including health assessments, exams and history reviews.
• Administer or order diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Perform therapeutic procedures: injections, suturing, wound care.
• Educate patients on health plans, regimens and wellness.
• Document care using EMR and maintain accurate records.
