Indigo Urgent Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join as a float clinician in our urgent care network. The role offers a 14-shifts/month schedule with flexible weekend and holiday rotations in a fast-paced, clinic-based environment.

Compensation targets $200k+ annually, with a broad total rewards package, including extensive benefits and professional growth opportunities in a not-for-profit regional health system.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington license in good standing by start date.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers per AHA.
• Minimum 2 years of UC/ED/FM clinical experience post-degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in urgent care settings.
• Operate at the top of license with autonomy and collaboration.
• Participate in a team-based, non-panel care model with providers.
