Qualifications

• Active Washington license (good standing) at time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required.
• Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Support the urgent care clinics as a float provider.
• Work collaboratively with a clinical team to enhance patient care.
• Lead and mentor fellow providers as desired.
