Qualifications

• WA license in good standing by time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years clinical UC/ED/FM experience (post degree)

Responsibilities

• Float position across Indigo Urgent Care clinics in WA
• Provide urgent care services at top of license
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
