ConvenientMD in Dover, NH is seeking a Lead Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) for our urgent care clinic. This per diem role combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, mentoring new-grad providers and allied staff.

You will conduct health assessments, perform exams, order tests, document with EMR, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care while guiding a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification required.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/CPR not accepted in lieu.
• Clinical experience in emergency/urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and mentor new-grad providers.
• Provide patient-centered care and perform health assessments.
• Order and interpret diagnostics; document in EMR.
• Collaborate with clinic team for coordinated patient dispositions.
