Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Somers, NY is seeking an experienced urgent care physician to join a brand-new facility. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide top-tier medical care with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a State Medical License, Advanced Practitioner certification, and have 1+ year in urgent care or emergency medicine; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• State Medical License required and Controlled Substance Registration.
• Certification as an Advanced Practitioner is required.
• PALS and ACLS Certification are preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
• Background in procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Excellence: assess, develop care plans, provide medical care.
• Hands-On Procedures: suturing, wound management, emergency care.
• Collaborative Approach: work with specialists and other providers to ensure best outcomes.
