Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a Nursing Tech for a PRN night shift at our Albuquerque facility. You will perform specific patient care procedures under a licensed Nurse, including phlebotomy, wound care and bedside testing, while documenting in the patient record.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, assisting with ADLs, and transporting supplies and specimens. The role requires a High School diploma, BLS certification, and CNA or similar healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Nursing student with basic clinical skills lab preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or military equivalent; or at least 6 months hospital or long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and record vital signs and patient data.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient transport.
• Perform basic bedside duties, wound care and specimen collection.
• Record information in patient charts and use the documentation system.
