Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care team. You will deliver nursing care across the patient life span, support occupational health visits, and collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain high standards of care.

Pennsylvania licensure, BLS, and experience in occupational medicine or urgent care preferred; strong teamwork and patient education are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Successful completion of BLS.
• Experience in occupational medicine and urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential medical care to urgent care and occupational health patients.
• Assist physicians and document patient care interventions.
• Implement, evaluate and document nursing interventions per care plan.
• Participate in unit-based performance improvement and staff education.
• Manage staffing based on patient care needs and unit budget constraints.
• Coordinate patient care and resources across the health team.
