Northshore Home Health Care in Oregon is seeking an experienced urgent outpatient clinician to serve a diverse patient panel in a collaborative clinical team. You will evaluate and manage patients seeking urgent care, providing minor procedures within scope and supporting safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role handles roughly 30 patients per day with strong emphasis on independent work and teamwork. Candidates should demonstrate excellent bedside manner, sharp clinical judgment, and proficiency
