Position: Urgent Care NP or PA Location: Delaware or Maryland

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who have urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our welcoming and diverse community of providers in DE and/or MD.

• In this role, you will provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
• It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.

Various Schedule Options Available:

• Full-Time, Full-time Flex(.95), which is 3 days/week,
• Part-Timeoptions of .78, .63 or .5 FTE. (Benefits come with .6 FTE and above)
• Weekends only- Every Weekend (includes benefits) and every other weekend is an option
• Extended hoursavailable several centers soon! *Shift availability to include Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight. (*Premium rates apply for specific schedules).
• We have several options that can work for your lifestyle!

Location(s): We currently have convenient locations in Delaware and Maryland. North Wilmington/Greenville area, Newark, Middletown, Dover in and around Delaware with two locations in Maryland (North East and Elkton). Centers are currently open 7 days/week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., however, we will be offering extended hours soon at certain locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
• State licensure in DE and/or MD
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
