Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage in Pittsburgh, PA. The clinic operates 8am-8pm, seven days a week, with 25-50 patients per day.

Required PA/NP PA licensure in Pennsylvania, DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, with credentialing within 90 days. AMN arranges malpractice insurance and coordinates travel and lodging for contractors.

Qualifications

• Urgent care NP/PA with Pennsylvania license and board certification.
• DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS required at minimum.
• Credentialing timeframe up to 90 days for placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care clinical services in a busy clinic.

This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic is open 8a-8p seven days a week, Various shifts available
• Patients per day: 25-50
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Scope: Urgent Care
• State Licensure: Pennsylvania state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Board Certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
