QUICK CARE MED P L in Chiefland, Florida seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver urgent and non-urgent care in an outpatient setting. You will assess patients, perform exams, order labs and referrals, and counsel patients and families.

A Florida NP license, DOT medical examiner certification, and strong communication with diverse patient populations are required. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP license.
• Certified Medical Examiner of the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for patients.
• Able to relate to culturally diverse patients and communities.
• Willing to teach and counsel patients as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in urgent and non-urgent settings.
• Evaluate patients and perform physical exams to establish diagnoses.
• Order labs, imaging, and referrals as appropriate.
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease management.
• Supervise clinic staff and contribute to protocol development.
• Document procedures and patient encounters within 48 hours.
