Patients First Immediate Care, part of CRH Healthcare, is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Provider (FNP or PA) to join our Crestview, FL team. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license (Georgia or eligible to obtain).
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, EKG).
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations and clinic protocols.
