Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in the St. Louis area is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles. You will deliver high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers, contributing to a collaborative, provider-friendly environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus up to $15K, monthly volume bonuses, and quarterly incentives. Benefits start Day One, including PTO, health/dental/vision and CME, plus relocation assistance

Qualifications

• 1 year+ full-time experience as a provider in family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations is required.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints), EKGs, and X-ray reads is required.

Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus:

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly andbased on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a provider in a family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care.
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
