Job summary

Fast Pace Health in Soddy-Daisy, TN seeks a Nurse/Patient Care Specialist to provide essential clinical and administrative support under supervision, delivering compassionate patient service and collaborating with Providers to maintain efficient clinic operations.

You will perform triage, vitals, injections, phlebotomy, room prep, charting, referrals, and assist with minor procedures while upholding HIPAA and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR, or related Nursing certification.
• LPN or RN license with current CPR; multiple experience levels.
• Ability to work in urgent care setting and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for the team.
• Triage patients, check vitals, perform injections and phlebotomy.
• Prepare exam rooms, chart patient information, and assist with minor procedures.
• Maintain supplies and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations as directed by the Provider.
