ExperCARE is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal/primary care experience to join a fast-paced, patient-focused team in Pooler, GA. The role involves conducting histories and exams, ordering labs, administering injections, suturing wounds, and providing patient education across all ages.

Candidates must demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong communication in a dynamic setting with extended hours and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Certification as an APRN, NP, or PA (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply learned concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Competency in relevant medical calculations.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress or emergency situations and during irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete medical histories and perform physical exams.
• Review and interpret patient records and data to determine diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
• Establish presumptive diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
• Administer injections, immunizations, and medications; suture wounds; and prepare prescription orders.
• Provide patient education and treatment instructions.
• Address patient concerns promptly and thoroughly, demonstrating ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
