Qualifications

• Current license to practice in the State of Iowa.
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience in urgent care or primary care.
• Full Time, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical/psychiatric and/or chemical dependency histories and exams.
• Order labs and manage treatment programs across age groups.
• Provide independent practitioner care reporting to Chief Medical Officer as applicable.
