Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients in urgent care settings.
• Take medical histories and document findings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and X-rays; make diagnoses.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education.
• Administer vaccinations and coordinate referrals as needed.
