Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an urgent care team in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will diagnose and treat common infections, sore throats, sinus issues, and flu, while performing health exams and immunizations.

The role emphasizes autonomy with limited admin duties and collaboration with physicians. Call duties are light (about six nights per year) and the work environment focuses on patient-centered care and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree as Nurse Practitioner or ARC-PA approved PA program.
• Current NCCPA certification or eligibility and PA licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Eligibility for nurse practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum six months of advanced practice experience in primary care, emergency, urgent care or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses within scope of practice.
• Perform routine exams, immunizations, and screenings.
• Work autonomously with limited administrative duties.
• Collaborate with physicians and access a broad network of resources.
• Provide care in a patient-centered, professional environment with no overnight shifts.
• Participate in call duties approx. six nights per year in a team setting.
