Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care at its Liberal, KS location. This opportunity offers a 12-hour shift schedule with flexible options and a supportive team environment designed for professional autonomy in urgent care.

Compensation is $67-$80 per hour, based on experience, with potential overtime and incentive opportunities. Relocation assistance or a signing bonus may be negotiable depending on experience and needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline.
• Active Oklahoma professional license or the ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred.
• Motivated candidates with relevant clinical training and experience may also be considered.
• Ability to work effectively and exercise sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
• Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards
