Job summary

Urgent Care Physicians of New Jersey LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for urgent care centers across New Jersey, including East Windsor. Requires 1 year in family medicine or clinical setting; prior urgent care/walk-in experience preferred.

Competitive compensation with professional development opportunities. Schedule includes weekends on a rotation, with weekdays and weekend shifts as described, and willingness to travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold unrestricted NJ registered APRN or PA license
• Board certification as FNP or PA (NJ)
• CDS registration in NJ
• DEA registration in US
• DOT certification within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care including physical examinations and counseling for treatment compliance
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-ray, EKG, labs)
• Perform procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, wound care
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as appropriate
• Develop patient management plans and ensure continuity of care across services
• Communicate test results and follow-up instructions with patients
• Willing to travel to other sites as needed and participate in On-Call shifts
