Job summary

CaroMont Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join its Urgent Care – Gaston Day team. You will work in a modern facility with in-house X-ray and onsite lab, evaluating and treating diverse urgent and non-emergent conditions.

Responsibilities include wound care, suturing, ordering and interpreting tests, patient education, and EPIC documentation. Must have NP/PA degree, board certification, NC license with DEA, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Board Certified FNP or PA-C.
• Active NC License & DEA, willingness to obtain SC License & DEA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat ~4 patients per hour for urgent/non-emergent conditions.
• Perform wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care procedures.
• Order, interpret, and manage labs and imaging.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
