Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an Urgent Care Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join its expanding urgent care footprint. The APC will deliver high-quality, on-demand care with a collaborative team, supported by the region’s largest academic health system, across multiple sites in the Lehigh Valley region.

Qualified candidates hold PA/NP licensure in Pennsylvania, with NCCPA certification and national NP certification (AANP/ANCC).

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner or ability to obtain one is required
• NCCPA Board Certification (PA)
• National NP Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care or a similar specialty
• Two years of relevant clinical experience as a PA, CRNP is preferred
• Passion for clinical work to positively impact patient care, safety and experience

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of urgent care as part of a regional health network
• Deliver high-quality, on-demand care alongside a collaborative team with support from a large academic health system
• Operate autonomously at the top of your license in a high-volume urgent care setting and participate in on-site procedures and point-of-care testing
• Work across multiple sites with a predictable rotating schedule and opportunities for transfer between centers
