Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient registration and verify insurance eligibility.
• Process co-pays and schedule patient appointments for the center.
• Coordinate provider referrals to Specialists.
• Answer patient questions and update them on care status.
• Prepare patients for examination and record medical history.
• Take vitals (BP, weight, temperature) and escalate as needed.
• Perform point of care tests (flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, hCG).
• Stock supplies and maintain exam rooms and front desk.
• Maintain medical records and scan charts to patient files.
• Answer calls, manage mail, and ensure reception is organized.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily reconciliation.
