Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians, deliver high-quality patient care, and help maintain efficient clinic operations. You will engage with patients, assist with procedures, and document in the EHR while upholding HIPAA standards.

The role requires MA certification or 1–2 years of MA experience, BLS certification, and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work across ConvenientMD locations and shifts is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as a Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and assist with inquiries.
• Perform basic clinical tasks: vital signs, medical histories, phlebotomy, and minor procedures.
• Document patient information in EHRs complying with privacy regulations.
• Administer medications under supervision for NH & ME as applicable.
