Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to verify demographics, schedule appointments, prep patients for exams and process payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant or CMA program completion preferred.
• BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; MA certification preferred.

• Collaborates with the physician and nursing staff regarding patient care, including record keeping, scheduling, and office policies; verifies demographics and scheduling for appointments and referrals; prepares patient for exam and handles patient billing and payments.
