Job summary

Centers Urgent Care in New York is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Providers with patients of all ages, help manage charts, and work closely with x-ray techs and clinic staff to deliver efficient, compassionate care.

Prior urgent or emergency experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated candidates from other medical backgrounds. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with competitive hourly pay in a modern, on-site facility.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting providers with patients of all ages courteously and efficiently.
• Services include Occupational Medicine and Worker’s Compensation.
• Assist with patient charts accurately and comprehensively.
• Work with other staff with your medical expertise and experience.
• Operate as a team alongside providers, x-ray techs, other medical assistants and practice management staff.
