Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assisting Program preferred.
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at check-in and verify insurance information.
• Process co-pays and schedule patient appointments.
• Coordinate referrals to Specialists and assist providers.
• Prepare patients for examination and record medical histories.
• Perform basic vital signs and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms and front desk supplies and records.
• Document daily office workflows and ensure accurate medical records.
