Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, participates in the nursing process including observation, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Gives direct nursing care and assists with patient care under supervision.
• Collects patient data, documents in EMR, and coordinates with health care team.
• Participates in staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
