Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, OH seeks a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist in providing and coordinating nursing care within Occupational Medicine settings. You will support the care team, participate in clinical planning, and help ensure patient safety throughout shifts.

Required are Ohio LPN licensure and IV therapy authorization, with BLS within 30 days. Prior Urgent/Occupational Medicine experience is preferred; per diem availability is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a school of practical nursing and current license to practice practical nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Authorized by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing to perform intravenous therapy procedures and administer medicines.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Per diem LPNs must have at least one year of recent experience in the area of practice.
• Experience in Urgent/Occupational Medicine setting preferred.
