Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and patient histories.
• Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IM, IV).
• Perform venipuncture and TB testing.
• Assist with procedures and patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
