WellNow Urgent Care in Troy, New York, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time position. You will assist practitioners, administer medications, collect specimens, and help manage patient flow in a busy urgent care setting.

The role requires an active LPN license with strong critical thinking, customer service, and teamwork skills. Benefits include medical, PTO, continuing education, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required and active.
• Diploma from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Excellent critical thinking and patient-service focus.

Responsabilités

• Assists the practitioner with examinations, procedures, and other duties as assigned
• Administers medications and injections
• Collects and prepares specimens for laboratory as well as assists in management of the results
• Efficiently manages patient flow through the office
• Prepares exam rooms, including maintenance, sterilization of equipment, and stocking of supplies
• Responsible for patient call back
• Attends facility required staff training and meetings
• Assists with other assigned duties as needed
