ConvenientMD LLC in Saugus, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team. You will provide high-quality patient care and support a fast-paced, collaborative clinic environment.

Responsibilities include triage, vital signs, specimen collection, wound care, immunizations, and medication administration. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate effectively with providers and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association/Red Cross).
• Experience with IV placement/monitoring preferred.
• Strong patient-care, communication, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient triage, record vital signs and medical history.
• Assist with exams and testing, ensure proper equipment and documentation.
• Conduct point-of-care tests (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2) and nursing procedures.
• Wound care, immunizations, and medication administration following regulations.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and respond to patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support training for new staff.
