Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team and support physicians in patient care, injections, history taking, and charting. This position emphasizes accurate nursing procedures, patient comfort, and efficient clinic flow.

Responsibilities include triage, scheduling tests, collecting lab specimens, maintaining records, and coordinating referrals. Full-time schedules include 12-hour shifts with weekend rotations, and PRN opportunities are available.

Competenze

• Requires degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold AR State or Compact LPN/RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and document health history.
• Record vital signs and prepare them for examination.
• Administer injections and prescribed medications per physician.
• Assist with procedures and exams.
• Collect lab samples and relay results to providers.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations as needed.
