Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR is seeking dedicated LPNs to join a growing health care team. This role supports physicians by performing nurse procedures, taking medical histories, administering injections, collecting lab samples, and ensuring accurate charting and patient care throughout the shift.

Full-time staff work a 36-40 hour week with 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend; PRN positions are also available.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• AR State or Compact LPN or RN license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and providers in nurse procedures for patient comfort and wellbeing.
• Interview patients, take medical history, and note abnormal conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections per physician directions.
• Record vital signs, maintain accurate charts, and manage lab/test requests.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure infection control standards.
• Coordinate tests, referrals, and pre-authorizations as directed.
